TELENAV REFUND POLICY ]
TeleNav Hardware Warranties and Refunds
All TeleNav mounts, cables, and the GPS kit are warranted for a year.
We will process returns and refunds of the TeleNav mounts,
cable or GPS Kit if:
- You apply for an RMA using this website within 30 days
of ordering the item,
- your returned item arrives within 10 days of TeleNavs
issuing the RMA, and
-
the item is in its original condition, not damaged; and there are no missing parts.
Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above,
as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot
return the items to you.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form
of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business
days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due
to our error, we will deduct the original shipping costs from
your refund.
TeleNav Service Refund
TeleNav can't refund for services purchased through Nextel.
If you paid through credit card at www.telenav.com, then
you may cancel your account at any time subject to the following policies:
- If you cancel within the first thirty (30) days, all charges will
be credited back to your account.
- For TeleNav GPS Kit promotion (free GPS Kit for two-year plan), we
have 30 days warranty for full refund upon returning hardware. Beyond
30 days, both TeleNav service and GPS Kit are not refundable.
- If you cancel at any time after the first thirty (30) days, TeleNav
will refund only the unused portion of the paid service subscription
fees, not to include the account activation fee. The unused portion
is computed based on the start date of the service period, the duration
of the service subscription, and the date the cancellation request is
processed. Accounts remain active and you will be charged therefore
until you take action to close the account. If you cancel and then reactivate
the service, an activation fee will be charged at the time of reactivation.
- You will be charged for the monthly fee even if you do not use TeleNav
during any such month.
- There will be no credit for any promotional months of service provided
preceding the paid subscription period or as a result of accruing new
customer referral incentives.
